Kestrel St. ADU

Additional Dwelling Unit in San Diego, CA

The Kestrel St. project was a new additional dwelling unit. The two story ADU totaled 1,300 square feet and included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, laundry area and loft space. The ADU provided our clients a large comfortable space with modern touches for visiting family and friends.
